By the 15th March the fourth level of the premises was constructed. Water and electricity were installed on the ground floor, piping for air conditioning were installed on Level 3, while plastering was finalised on Level 2 and the facade of the building. Additionally, the tiling of Level 1 was concluded while that of Level 2 commenced.
